National class 800 meter runner, Mark Wieczorek, landed a coaching job at Gig Harbor in the summer of 2011. He led his team to a state title and a 15th place finish at Nike Cross Nationals. Here, he discusses how he prepared his team for a post-season run when he was altogether unfamiliar with the year before.
