Hello NAIA friends - after amonth long break in action, indoor track is rolling again. I checked around and found as many results as I could for national qualifyers from last weekend, so here is what I got.

Athlete of the week

The athlete of the week Julia Howard, a recent graduate of Simon Fraser University. Howard now competes for the Valley Royals, where she is still coached by Brit Townsend, who coached her at Simon Fraser. Julia Howard ran a 4:42.28 to win in a deep field in the mile, and followed that up with a 2:08.24 to win the 800. Both of these times qualify for the USA indoor track and field championships.

These were the athletes I was able to find, and I know there are many more who qualified this weekend. If anyone is able to send me a quick message with some times from a race or the link I will be able to use them in future blogs. Also, it would be cool to have some more videos of NAIA athletes on the site so if anyone is able to film their races or their teammates and upload them to the site that would be awesome. Also I am trying to keep a list going on my profile page of all the NAIA athletes and coaches (current and prior) who are on the site.
